Tony Rea is a seasoned human resources executive
and consultant. He specializes in the enhancement of financial performance
through increased employee productivity, reduced turnover, improved
cross-functional teamwork, pay-for-performance compensation programs
and improved employee selection processes. He is especially skilled
in the financial services industry, where he worked for some 15
years including 4 years as senior vice president of human resources
for MidAmerica Bank, and the health care industry, where he spent
14 years as chief human resources officer for RML Health Providers
and director of human resources for MacNeal Health Network. Tony
also was managing principal and founder of Executive Results, a
consulting firm that focused on creating and implementing systematic
recruitment and selection processes, designing innovative total
reward programs, delivering training to improve organizational performance,
creating effective communications systems, and ensuring that human
resources objectives align properly with organizational goals. In

Tony has worked and continues to consult with clients from a vast
array of industries helping them add value to the support provided

Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and holds an M.S.
Degree in Industrial Relations from Loyola University Chicago and
a B.A. in Economics from Wabash College .
