Guy
J. Di Spigno, Ph.D. President
Guy is a results-oriented consultant with a broad-based
business background who takes a pragmatic approach to achieving
maximum effectiveness in client organizations. In addition to being
a licensed psychologist, he has extensive business management and
consulting experience. He has held the positions of Director of
Management Development and Personnel Services for Borg-Warner Corporation
and Director of Human Resources for Valuation Research Inc. He also
has served as vice president of a national corporate outplacement
firm and as Consultant with the Hay Group. Guy holds a Ph.D. from
Northwestern University, a M.Ed. from Loyola University Chicago,
a M.A. from Northern Illinois University and a B.S. from Carroll
University. He is listed in the National Register of Health Service
Providers in Psychology and is an active member of the Society of
Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Dr. Di Spigno is a frequent
business and university guest speaker on motivation, executive team
building, and corporate cultures. Guy holds a clinical faculty appointment
and is Director of the Industrial and Organizational Psychology
Consulting Center at Roosevelt University. Dr. Di Spigno has served
on the advisory board of the School for Continuing Studies at Northwestern
University and on the Council of Regents of Loyola University Chicago.
He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Carroll University.
