Guy J. Di Spigno, Ph.D. President

Guy is a results-oriented consultant with a broad-based business background who takes a pragmatic approach to achieving maximum effectiveness in client organizations. In addition to being a licensed psychologist, he has extensive business management and consulting experience. He has held the positions of Director of Management Development and Personnel Services for Borg-Warner Corporation and Director of Human Resources for Valuation Research Inc. He also has served as vice president of a national corporate outplacement firm and as Consultant with the Hay Group. Guy holds a Ph.D. from Northwestern University, an M.Ed. from Loyola University, an M.A. from Northern Illinois University and a B.S. from Carroll College. He is listed in the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology and is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Dr. Di Spigno is a frequent business and university guest speaker on motivation, executive team building and corporate cultures. Dr. Di Spigno serves on the advisory board of the School for Continuing Studies at Northwestern University and the Council of Regents for Loyola University Chicago.
